Our bottom line: AccessiSoft is committed to keeping any data you provide to us secure and safe, and we will keep it to ourselves.

AccessiSoft's expressed and firm policy is to not release or further distribute e-mail addresses, or any other personal or identifying data, provided by customers or potential customers, to parties outside AccessiSoft without their expressed written consent.  Personal or identifying data provided by customers or potential customers will also not be included in any open-source resource, publication or list.

Personal or identifying data provided by customers or potential customers is manually entered into a customer data base at AccessiSoft for use in tracking the distribution of license keys.  Unlike many web sites, data submitted via the Information Request Form on our web site, www.accessisoft.com, does not automatically get added to a data base resident on our web host's server.  The data base containing personal or identifying data provided by customers or potential customers is resident on a single password-protected computer at AccessiSoft, further protected by current firewall and anti-virus software.  The data base is periodically backed-up and the back-up disc is stored in a safety deposit box in a bank in Silverdale, Washington.

Currently, no sensitive financial data from customers or potential customers is visible to or otherwise obtained by AccessiSoft.  Financial transactions with customers are facilitated via PayPal in a manner such that PayPal retains all sensitive customer financial data and forwards to AccessiSoft only the customer's name, e-mail address (to send license key), postal address (to mail license key as back-up in case e-mail address fails), item purchased, quantity purchased and price of transaction.  Click here to view PayPal's United States Privacy Policy.

AccessiSoft does not warrant the Privacy Policy of any other party to which a link is provided on our web site, www.accessisoft.com.  The individual Privacy Policy of each of those parties should be consulted as posted on their web sites.

Any personal data or identifying information voluntarily provided to AccessiSoft by customers or potential customers in the normal course of business becomes the property of AccessiSoft.
